Yes. Water comes out from two different hoses (white and grey). In order to prevent contamination and the proliferation of germs in residue water, the draining system is automatically activated when water is ionized and residue water is drained out at the same time.

 Water of pH 5.5 – 11.0 comes out through the white hose, and acidic water (2.5 pH) comes out through the grey hose.

Each filter cartridge will last for approximately 6,000 litres. An averaged sized family typically consumes 15 – 25 litres of water a day. So one filter cartridge will last for about 6 – 10 months.

No. Only water at room temperature is dispensed. Boiling or freezing ionized water will reduce or even make it lose its beneficial properties.

Yes, we offer free delivery and free basic installation when you purchase a unit with us for installation in Singapore /Johore Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Any other destinations courier charges will be charged by the Enagic office nearest to you and will be paid by you on purchase.  Delivery is usually 48 hours after full settlement of purchase to Enagic. 

Free basic installation is only valid for standard faucets. Any additional requirements will be at the cost of the customer.

Installation is very simple and in each purchase there is a dvd that shows you how to go about installation or alternatively employ a plumber.
